2012 Baseball/T-Ball Registration

 Wilhelm/Paxtang Athletic Association will be having Baseball and T-Ball sign-ups for the 2012 spring season.  Ages 5- 12.

Baseball Sign-up will be held:

- - Saturday Feb. 4th, 11th from 9:00am - 11:00am at the Paxtang Borough Building upstairs.
  - Also on Thursday Feb. 16nd & 23th from 6:00 - 7:30 at Paxtang Elementary

- - You must bring a copy of child’s birth certificate, proof of residency (a driver’s license or utility bill), as well as insurance info (carrier and ID #) to complete medical release form.
  - Payment will be required at registration, $55 per player: $30 for each additional sibling. (Even if your child played last year – we still need a copy of their birth certificate)
  - All forms are on the WPAA website at wpaa.kiix.com under forms.
  - We will also be signing up coaching volunteers – if you’d like to volunteer – please bring a copy of your driver’s license.

- - This year we will be doing a fundraiser during the season we will be selling Pretzel Sandwiches. We will have a BUY OUT for the fundraiser if you do not want to sell sandwiches, you can pay $30 per child and not partake in the pretzel sandwich fundraiser.
